I'm a 31 year old mom to 3 beautiful kids, & a birth doula with the overwhelming passion for women who are on their own journey to/through parenthood- no matter what stage that may be. All 3 of my birth stories are wildly different, & I'll spare you the details (for now!). My first two were hospital births, & my last was a home birth. What I would give to go back in time & have all of my babies at home! If you're ever curious... Yes I would love to share the stories with you!

I feel very blessed to have the experiences that I do, because the first-hand knowledge I acquired helps me to support other mommas in ways I could have never learned through my training. After my first birth, I felt so passionately that something needed to change- women needed more support. I took a deep dive into all things pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, & parenthood related. As my knowledge expanded, so did my heart. I wanted to be able to provide this unwavering support to anyone that would allow me to do so. I told myself that after I was done having babies of my own, this would be my passion project. Now, almost 10 years later, I am finally pursuing this passion of mine. I completed my doula certification training through DONA, & I am now able to serve women & their families in the community.

I have a very hands-on approach; whether that is providing you with the knowledge you seek, helping you create your birth plan & empowering you throughout your labor & birth, providing physical support as well as emotional support, offering support in breastfeeding, early postpartum check-ins, & much more. Before your birth we will discuss what works for you & your partner, & how I can best support you. I love the teamwork aspect that goes into my relationships with each of you. Every person is different, & I am very aware that each pregnancy & birth is unique to each individual family. For comfort measures I use methods such as massage, aromatherapy, position changes, rebozo movements, affirmations/encouraging words, & much more. 

I'm also a photographer & would love to capture these precious moments for you!
